Joseph E. Hart has led ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. since October 2018 as President and CEO, following an interim role starting in July 2018. With over three decades of telecommunications experience, Joseph has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth.
Before joining ADDvantage Technologies Group, Mr. Hart served as CEO of Aero Communications, Inc. from 2015 to 2018, overseeing telecommunications installation, maintenance, and network design. He also held the position of Executive VP of Network Infrastructure Services and Wireless Operations at Goodman Networks, Inc. from 2006 to 2014.
Joseph Hart’s illustrious career includes 25 years in various executive roles at AT&T and other telecom companies. His extensive management experience in operations and corporate strategy has been instrumental in guiding the Board of Directors and nurturing the company’s growth.
Mr. Hart holds a Master’s of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. His profound industry knowledge, coupled with his education, positions him as a driving force behind ADDvantage Technologies Group’s continued success. Brian Davidson is a seasoned company executive with a long track record of success within the telecommunications and utility industries. For close to 30 years Brian has provided expertise in marketing, sales operations, executive management, corporate strategy and business development. Brian thrives on conquering new challenges and driving impactful and value-driven company initiatives to completion.
His passion lies in delivering tangible results and nurturing teams to surpass their own limits. Brian believes in the power of collaboration and client engagement, forging lasting partnerships that extend far beyond the transactional.
With degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Baltimore, he combines academic rigor with decades of industry experience, making him an invaluable asset to Fulton Technologies, a subsidiary of ADDvantage Technologies Group. Michael leads the mergers, acquisitions and capital raise efforts of the Company as a consultant.
With over 15 years in wireless telecom with Crown Castle and 5 years in private equity, he has contributed across a spectrum of leadership roles as owner/investor, executive management and board member.
He has held executive positions from startups to S&P 500 companies that include roles in strategy, M&A, sales & marketing, operations and finance. He has formally presented in several industry forums. Michael is a patent holder, earning this distinction for leading Crown Castle’s effort to invent an innovative communication site demand software tool. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University.

As a US Air Force-trained fighter pilot and FAA-certified commercial pilot, Landon brings discipline and precision to his corporate role.
In his current position, Landon oversees telecommunication construction operations across seven states, managing teams and finances. His leadership has led to improved financial metrics and reduced turnover.

25 Years of Excellence in Broadband Deployment
Carl Morin, Vice President of Broadband Deployment at Fulton Technologies Inc., brings over two and a half decades of expertise to his role. His career has spanned tier 1 carriers, consulting firms, and leading construction vendors.
In his diverse roles, Carl has managed national programs covering various aspects of the industry, including outside plant construction, broadband wireless, cellular construction and maintenance, e-commerce assembly/installation, and 3PL solutions.
Before joining Fulton Technologies, he served as Vice President of Operations at Mastec Advanced Technologies. Carl’s strong operational experience includes building, scaling, and managing teams across multiple business lines, handling large-scale customer deployments, and effectively integrating acquisitions and business lines.
